Rolling Shelf Rack

This project was designed to be a WIP rack inside a plant. This design was for small parts that have multiple assemblies to them. The racks needed to be transported from various work cells in order to have a completed part. The rolling racks allowed technicians to move the parts from cell to cell, without needing assistance from a material handler. The WIP racks increased production rates and lowered bottle neck areas, where material handlers could not keep finished goods moved from production lines. These racks contain dunnage trays that can be custom designed to fit customer needs.
