We where presented an interesting challenge with this project. This is a headliner tray for Nissan and they had an issue with the headliners getting deformed during shipment. We had to take the headliner a have a perfect fit with the dunnage tray. Normally this would not an issues however data was not available and this had to be done by hand. We where able to take one mold and make it fit two different styles.
